Shipping policy
GENERAL
We do our very best to quickly process and ship your order at lightning speed. If you have placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, your order will be processed on the following business day. Mycr7.ch only services Switzerland- and Liechtenstein-based clients.
Delivery terms for shipping within Switzerland & Liechtenstein:
- Delivery time: As a general indication you can expect your product to arrive between 1-2 days following your order
- Shipping partner: All our orders are delivered by the Swiss Post
- Shipping process: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped
- Cost of shipping: For packaging and shipping a fixed fee of CHF 5.90 is applied if your order value is below CHF 40
